I think we need to start at the beginning and spill the beans as to what is really going on, an LLC, no personal guarantee, second position or further back, is this to a commercial transaction or a consumer loan, buying from an LLC, there is no issue with the number of liens to be paid off, the issue is the dollar amount and the property value.

If they implement using specific build modules/packages (e.g. curl, session support, etc.) they need to identify the dependence as part of the total 'deliverable' along with the source code, schema, etc.

Make sure your CPA signs off on anything you're doing to "save" money or time that involves using your personal name...sometimes it's not impossible to do, but you need to have the correct form of documentation to support this if you get called to court or challenged by the IRS. 

My end game is to spend more time with my son and less time working tedious and unfulfilling jobs to support him.
