I'm a few days from closing and when the title company sent out the settlement sheet with the security deposits and prorated rents as a credit to me from the seller my bank went crazy.First they said I need an addendum stating that the seller is crediting me.Then they said I need an addendum nulling that addendum because the seller can't give me that as a credit.

They had a tub faucet repair and the plumber charged $65, fine, then everytime a repair is done- the management company charges me  $487 to supervise the work of a reputable A+ company!

(If the company is legit)I looked them up and IG has 19 followers and FB only two reviews.

Still no economy to support the increase in home prices, so needless to say we got hit pretty hard in the Crash...Other drawback to the area since there is a shortage of Economy up here, would be the Commute time up and down the Cajon Pass, 4000' elevation climb in just a few miles, " the Pass" has been know to ruin a brand new car before you are even done paying it off, so figure in a new car payment if you are thinking about commuting to work from here...

Currently, I've been outsourcing this task, but due to some recent success with helping people close on houses, I want to reinvest my earnings in a company or individual who can handle this for me.Specifically, I'm looking for a small business that could benefit from some financial backing to expand their operations.

Or could another broker at my company list and get paid commission so long as the company doesn't retain any profits and just acts as a pass-through entity to pay the other broker?
