If this is an attorney that handles a lot of your brothers business already he might not be able to be impartial.This is a big decision so at a minimum you might want another attorney do a review of the agreement with you on a phone call.Just because family is involved do not assume everything will be fair etc.No legal advice given.

I think if you can learn a lot of the tricks of the big ticket trades, plumbing/electric/HVAC aka fixing the common problems, then you can survive a lot of costly service calls.

She made a complaint to South Coast Fair Housing, and they arranged independent testing to phone up and pretend to want to rent the property, and allegedly my management company told them that he is not accepting Section 8 vouchers as well.
