Keep in mind we’re 27 years old, we have 2 children, and living in a 1 bedroom. 

If their children inherit they get a valuable asset with no capital gains.

I found an empty house yesterday and after doing research it appears this property has been empty since the owner went into a nursing home in 2007 - she passed away in 2011 and has children/grandchildren so I'm not sure why the home was not sold then.

If you want to advertise "close to Scottsdale events," look at north Mesa near the upper Loop 202.Scottsdale has a limit of 6 adults (plus their dependent children) per home so they will be eyeing listings that advertise "Sleeps 20!"

The complaints were size (it is a small unit but that is indicated in the listing (it is even called Jamaica beach cottage)), bunk beds (shown in the pictures but not ideal for the guest’s adult children), no dishwasher (like the OP, there is no room for a dishwasher and it is not listed as having one).  

They come and go so never depend on them to help manage a property....major mistake.S8 is a handful at the best of times, it is akin to babysitting small children only more destructive.

And in ten years or so, if you find the need to want to go back to school, it will be that much more difficult if you are married with children and a position that would not allow you to go back to school.  

If you plan on leaving a tax free legacy for your children it’s the best way to do it.

They are an older couple that owns multiple duplexes, and planned on passing down their properties to their children once they passed. 

Do they typically have a rent amount limit they will pay for their women/children?
