Mike licensed Mortgage lender who can do residential owner occ loans is what a RMLO is.they are tough to find because most work for a broker that will not allow one offs.. when I was current with my RMLO license I thought about setting up for this business but too much work for to little money.RMLO needs to be a state licensed mortgage lender and NMLS registered to do owner occ loans.

I am currently under contract for a property near the hospital in Clark Fulton, I read some forums saying it is a D/F neighborhood, is that still the case today?

They've had "issues" doing ACH verifications on Hemlane and haven't been following directions.

Maybe I will lock it up and do more due diligence once in escrow but assume I don't make any changes.

Now I am now setting my eyes on investing in Ohio since it is doing great in the investor world and I am very familiar with the state, particularly the Cleveland area. 

In my state, if you do that, your personal name and info aren't tied to the business records in any way.
