Do you feel like these are the type of people you'd work well with?

I would start with narrowing down a location and property type and then making sure you are connected with a lender so you are running your numbers with accurate data.

Standing out is key, so maybe this is more of a question for a design/creative type.

Location will impact everythingfrom the types of tenants you get, to your rent, to your tax liability.

For 30Y loans made to an LLC - 15%-25% down minimum depending on what type of lender you are using.

It doesn't always come down to "math" on these types of homes.
