Know the BAH rates for your area.If having someone contact you from outside your area that wants to rent your place but can't view it themselves, STRONGLY encourage (we now require) that a friend/proxy view the place first for them.

You'll be able to find a theme for real estate just make sure it's Responsive, which means it recognizes what device the visitor is using to view the website, so if it is a mobile device the webpage will render differently to look nicely on a smaller screen.

I found that some smart investors are getting a contract on the house first with proof of funds of course..i didn't know if they were getting em first before they viewed..this knocks out the tire kickers and puts in real movers and shakers in the area instead of lookie lous.I think some people are not looking at this from a landlord perspective.
