Wouldering if would be a red flag?

I have a beautiful wife andtwo boys at home (the boys own the responsibility for my continuedhair loss), and believe I finally have the right pieces in place tostabilize life for my family (retirement planning, expense control,etc), so I can now begin part 2 of my journey by jumping into REinvesting.While I am new to REInvesting (aside from the books I read by Brandon, David, Scott &some of the other Bigger Pockets team), I have been around investingfor the last 20 years (mainly investing in stocks, but also somefancy derivative trading when I am feeling bold).

Are these red flags or easy fixes?

Schnapf  I agree 100% whenever there is an environmental issue with a property and the state will fund or supplement the remediation, its worth going through a little extra red tape!

My goals when touring a property are to confirm my assumptions, get a feel for the neighborhood, notice any red flags, and build rapport with the broker.  

Worried me for a while and I didn't change addresses for a while so as to not raising red flags if anyone checks.And if you go ahead and get NOO loans, the down paying and DTI requirements are tougher.

@Ari Hadar, paying $2,500 before loan approval is a huge red flag. 

It's not necessarily a red flag, but I'd do some digging.
