I too have been attempting to sort through all this L/O and SAFE Act manutia.I've read of a couple alternatives, like having a standard lease parallel to standard a purchase agreement, with an extended escrow closing, 12-18 months out.

Its a tough situation because there's an oversupply of housing stock but because of this not all of it is rented or even attempted to be rented nor is it all in rentable shape. there are bad areas speckled around cincy but a lot of change is happening and there are a lot of neighborhood in transition.
