I should be able see it and also drill down to see which unit from the dashboard.I'd like to see my current monthly expenses as compared to last month at the same time and the total expected end of month expenses.II really liked that stessa property setup automatically pulled data to populate the characteristics of the property.

@Alec McGinn your best bet would be do a joint partner if you really have a deal that make sense and you present it someone with your business plan and offering memorandum some one who understands realestate should definitely partner with you .

End result it seems we are getting the upset price of 236k, so not a total disaster , but still a far cry away from the 100k per year NET I would be getting or sales price of 600k or more.

Again this parcel will not have any road frontage.The county that this park is in has a population under 100K and the city has under 10K of that total.

Add at least a 10% contingency of total project cost so if overage occurs you will be prepared to handle the unexpected.
