My wife and I are hoping to begin investing this year, and yes, we are both in the later stages of our income-creating timeframe, but sometimes that's the way it goes.

I am currently in the middle of a BRRRR deal, but hitting a hold up on the Refinancing stage.

I am in the early stages and I am currently trying to line up a lender.

You really have to find a killer deal for it to work, and there is cash to shell out at each stage - closing costs, potential down payment, holding costs, insurance, rehab, and then more closing costs at the refi. 

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

All having an LLC does is set a stage where a person could build the construct that would create asset protection, without it, well, it's nothing. 

In my mind this is one of the highest risk points at this stage in many multi-family syndications.Look forward to your perspective.
