Have you picked a location, do you know how to analyze if it's a good deal, are you going to do it alone or with partners?

Analyze your current dollars invested, time invested and see if you need to do more to get a better idea on these "qualified" leads or if your conversion rate doesn't make sense then I would make a change and fast.Here's a guideline I give to people:  Determine what your minimum return for investing $1 is... and that will lead you towards the solution of whats working.  

Analyzing deals with the tools you have, wholesales that get sent over, internet research, finding houses on auction sites or zillow and analyzing those, just keep doing it.

Through learning and experience I was also able to analyze the deal quickly which was necessary because the sheriff sale was less than a week from when we first met.

View report also, how would you all go about running the #'s on your primary. i went with original loan amount so it would calc mrtg payment correctly but I have years of principle paydown. What ways could i tweak it ...
