I meet all the other requirements for a second VA loan.

Hello All,I'm currently on my second house hack here in Los Angeles (I also own properties out of state).

Appreciate all the information and advice.  

It takes a long time to develop land from scratch it is hard to do with all of the government regulations and codes.

I'm active all over GA and Columbus is one of my favorite markets here.

This is all the stuff you need to understand and should know before buying.

So now the how too gurus are just rehashing what your talking about.. buy tax sale sell on contract and spend 10k to learn how.. not all land sale how to guys are that expensive I think one can buy a program for maybe a few grand and probably worth it.I fund a few land flippers today and they use the same concepts that we did 40 to 50 years ago and the gentlemen your talking about 60 plus years ago..

What are your thoughts on them trying again in this field and does this help hosts at all? 

They all mention that my business plan seems rock solid and they buy into my numbers. 

You can't run a business before it's a business and by saying you are setting all of these things up in advance means you don't have a good handle on the asset.
