There are 209,128,094 adults living in the USA. 

For single family we allowed adult tenants pets (not in student tenant rental). 

For the record, i currently can fly back to Austin cheaper and quicker from the GJGrand Junction is currently developing the river front area which will help will the things it lacks which are Bars, restaurants and entertainment. 

The location preferences of young adults hold large consequences for real estate investors.  

(Not to mention our current apt smells of cigarette smoke, not a scenario I will even entertain when it comes to having a pregnant wife/our first child)After sort of running through our options and what is on the market both for purchase as well as rentals, I have found that rents for apartments around us with at least 2 beds start around $2,400 a moth and can range all the way up to $3,500. 

Perhaps they would entertain whatever it is you're trying to accomplish, no matter how much of a long-shot it is.

Like Netflix/Hulu and other streaming services disrupting entertainment, or Wikipedia replacing the Encyclopedia Brittanica, LEDs replacing incandescent bulbs, Uber/ride-sharing services eviscerating the taxi industry, Crypto-currency revolutionizing banking, etc.  

We had seen tenant's adult daughter on few occasions when went to collect rent, but no contact from her.
