The good thing about the fees is that they cover some of the expenses lawn and plowing, much of the insurance, trash, sometimes water/sewer.The big thing is to read the association bylaws concerning rentals, often they require owner occupancy for one year, or they a have limited number of rental units.

So my question is this, if we were to do the Owner Occupied option, is there a way to do it without actually having to move into the property, ie. having bills sent to the address or something of that nature?

Our agents create templates so we can simply change the property address and offer amount for each.

Problem is it's the same brick but colors are probably mismatched due to fading from being in the sun (this is in Las Vegas).But the concern is this-- the retaining walls are really part of the community fixtures that happens to be on the homeowner's property.
