It looks like it will happen but we won't know the final details until it does so all this talk is really just bit of fun conjecture and, from my view, a little bit of hope that everybody has the same access to investments.

Since you're an agent, do you have access to the real estate "portals" that send out the automatic emails showing properties that satisfy my selected parameters? 

The real estate industry really needs a change, a higher barrier to entry than a high school diploma and 90 hours of online training.

Many can be accessed via meetup.com and doing a local search on Facebook.

Also, we currently have @$30k in liquid funds, do we need access to more than $50K for these types of ventures?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a lease agreement for Utah or where to create one online that you'd recommend?

Has anyone had a success using the online auction system, and do you pay to do a title search for every bid, or do you do your own due diligence free free sources?

I liked that it was all online, competitive and a big discount for getting a Costco card...
