Learning how money works, as it is applied to REI, can open a new world of possibilities as it pertains to strategies. 

Doing it offshore just makes the problem worse, in my opinion. in real world as a buyer seller.. 

There are a multitude of ways to make money in the RE world, I would focus on picking one based on your skillset!

There are mentor and coaching groups every where we look in the real estate world.

It's their world and they already know it better than I do, plus if they do the heavy lifting I pay the same and nobody get's blown up by every sales rep under the sun.

I know that's an absolute anathema bordering on intolerable sacriledge and unforgivable hearsy to everything bureaucrats stand for, but it works amazingly well for those who must exist in the resource constrained world of the common man and has for time in memorial.

If this were regular arms length transactions, how in the world would that work, especially without any paper?
