@Erik PerottiMy projection is that the ibuyers will end up concentrating on houses needing little or moderate rehab, and pass on the more extensive renovations.The goal of the ibuyers is to disrupt the brokerage industry, not the fix n flip industry, although that could end up being a byproduct.Various platforms, disrupters, etc have tried to make real estate agency as obsolete as travel agents, so far with almost no success.The differences between consumer industries which have been successfully transferred to a platform basis, and residential real estate are profound.

If it’s a gas pool heater and they use it, it will add hundreds of dollars per month in natural gas usage.  

But I'm going to guess that most of those workers travel with a camper. 

There are architects that spend their days and nights working to maximize the usage of land and who know the Denver zoning code inside and out, by memory.

I always travel with young children as well and do not want to expose them to that. 

I travel for a living, so sometimes it’s tough as I’m on the road a lot, but as with anything...if you want something bad enough, you’ll figure out how to get it!

@Andrew Schloe  @Dinah Tabora I'd recommend using a Turnkey provider that is within a few hours drive if at all possible and if not possible then one that is an easy flight (a couple of hours total travel by plane including time to the airport).

Management has put us in a hotel for the time being but it is still a inconvenience with traveling to work and not being able to do daily tasks like cook or do laundry.

My wife and I love Costa Rica and hope to retire there, 50% time in Costa Rica 50% time in US or travel.
