A seller called me this morning about a 3/2, 1300sf living space on a 13000sf Lot property surrounded by multi family units to the front, its back and almost developed mulit units on it's sides.

That being said, can anyone suggest a good REIC in the Toronto and surrounding area?

Hi Wendy,If you are interested in staying in California, I suggest Long Beach and the surrounding neighborhoods.

I do not know the details of the institution but expanding probably means they are buying up surrounding land to eventually build on.

The community is open to change but lacks determined and effective leadership to get things done.Would it be a charity act or a solid business model for landlords in these areas to support those who advocate for betterments surrounding their property?

Or does it make sense to learn the basics of the business and then surround yourself with experts in there particular field?

I was curious as to how much investors, who are in the metro and surrounding areas, have netted for SFR flipped homes that are in the 150k or less category in 2012?

I think these types would have more to fear if they were surrounded by people who can and will defend themselves and the innocent.

I also do not like duplexes as you do not control the surrounding buildings like a 30 or 40 unit development.
