But, after having taken care of that immediate concern, it'd be even greater to then be able to get a regular 80% LTV cash out refi (after whatever seasoning time is required) on the very same property, because that would allow them to include the equity they've added, whereas that added equity (added via performing the rehab) is apparently not able to be included in the Delayed Financing's LTV.

Busy season also appears to get longer and longer as you progress in your career.I would focus on an agent in the area that you are interested in investing in and having him/her set you up with daily updates to the MLS.

With such a big purchase I assume that’s the best way to wholesale such a deal when you want to keep a big profit margin from scaring off the B-CI assume that you sign a regular purchase agreement and just make sure to match the terms.
