I just ran it now for Nashville and it shows over 900,000 housing searches in the past 12 months, and about 1,900 whole unit rentals available.

The title says it all, that is just my end goal with this, (the more the merrier, obviously lol) - or I guess, we could always just back-trace the figures, what's the average net per unit?

I was in a similar position without the rezone, I can put a third unit on my duplexes property, but after running buildout numbers it makes far more sense to use that capital towards just buying another duplex.

Or just hold on tight to my standards even if theres a vacancy? 

Just leave things alone.If you don't deed it to the LLC, then it's a useless LLC costing you fees for no reason.

I'm tired of dealing with the tenant and just want to move on.
