We are an Interior Finishes contractor that deals in cabinets, countertops, tile and floorcovering...we get about 50% leads that are no good for us - repairs we don't do, etc.Bang for your buck, I would look into your local BNI.

The vinyl exterior siding is new, the windows are new, the roof is somewhat new, but the interior has that "old" feel...in a good way and bad way.You'll notice the architecture is much more unique and more detailed than new constructions.

.- The electrical doesn't have a grounding a wire so to rewire the house $10,000- New roof $10,000 (assuming it's on cedar shakes)- The foundation issues are caused by large trees growing right beside/under the house so we'll need to remove them- As far as interior it's basically a gut job, but I think we could salvage the kitchen cabinets ($55,000).- It's a foreclosure and the market is crazy so it'll likely sell between $65,000-$69,000.00 Thoughts?

I have down a bunch of work on the interior so far and my plan is to re-evaluate after I've been here for two years (done more work on the interior/exterior) to see if I could possibly sell for a nice profit as well.
