God help those little guys they are screwed.  

Of course it turns out they replaced the faucet (a white faucet on a stainless steel sink) and because they didn't put it together right, they wanted me to pay the cost to hire a plumber to fix it for them, claiming there was a leak before...I get most renters are generally low income, unintelligent people compared to us "rich landlords" but my GOD, I'm wondering if renting to people this dumb is not a huge liability.

Thank god I pushed rents and forced some appreciation but there went all my profits.  

What annoyed me was that the other congenitally stupid cat figured out how to use the toilet almost instantly, it was the supposedly the clever one that was dumb as a brick.But anyway, I digress, my god that unfixed tom stank the place out.

There is no way on gods green earth that carpets will protect your floors from being destroyed by a 2 year old pit bull pup.

LOL.And oddly, some church folk think normal mankind rules don't apply to them, because they're doing God's work, so how can you thwart them!  

Cops being called, my good tenants talking about moving out because of it....Thank God I only used month to month agreements.But, if you think getting the rent is the only issue, think again.
