I live in Kelowna BC Canada and I’m wondering if anyone has any resources for Canadians they could share with me!

I’d love to join this group, unfortunately I do not have social media.

If I use the DBA on business cards, tshirts, and on social media, does this in any way diminish the asset protection of the LLC?  

I’ll try and put a renter in it although it’s barely livable, plus mom is on a fixed income of only social security.

My rental property I purchased in august last year, it’s my first one, it came with this low income tenant that was getting social services and a housing agency to pay his rent.The rental is a 4 unit but he is the only one living in it since I’ve owned it because it needs renovations.

I post often to social media and to Google.

If he is all over YouTube and social media with hundreds of videos, that should be all you need to know that he isn't actually investing in real estate but is instead investing in the sales of get-rich-quick schemes.

I need to look him up but he focuses more on Canadian Multi Family.There should be plenty if your looking for US focused.

I am currently getting now where with mine, and I would really like to be ready with a snow removal contractor for our possession date.I dont know if this is only a Canadian thing, but for the rents of each unit I was given an overall Proforma that shows the year it was rented and the current rent rate.
