If you need cash in the meantime take out some of it in a HML or go in with a HML.Just make certain the complex is approved for FHA - just in case.There are some more creative options going in if you are dead set on selling quick.

HUD limits to 2 people per bedroom, so for your 2-bd house, you shouldn't even consider families of 5+.Don't stop marketing until you find a tenant and collect SD and 1st month rent

Seems there are some good opportunities in MI, but I need cash or a creative stratagy to expand, seller financing looks a great idea but also I really like lease options but as I live out of country I don't see how I could find these deals?
