Although we are native Texans, we currently live in the Salt Lake City area and love it. 

We are new to the Atlanta area need advice on the financial issues we’re facing due to our situation.

We are setting closing date for last day in September for various reasons, one of which is getting the roof fixed.

We are renting out the top and living in the mother in law apartment in the basement.

It’s funny, your last question is actually my first question...with us being new to investing now is probably not the best time to make this move with our IRA.Perhaps once we are a few years and deals into this, it could be a good option to help boost out retitement savings.Thank you again!
