America is truly great when people without licenses can sell real estate with ZERO funds they've never seen at a price they don't tell the seller about to someone they don't know.

Lima one wasn’t transparent with their processes, and I just heard finance of America is getting pretty bad.

The title will be something along the lines “America’s Second Oldest Profession – Real Estate Schemes: How the perfect frontman coupled with the perfect system combined to remove countless millions of dollars from the pockets of hundreds of investors.”

There is more and more privacy every year, If you compare America 2016 and 2021 its a very different world when it comes to privacy standards.- The lack of same day ACH and RTP by "MOST" management companies just means one of these days a company will come in and disrupt the market and everything will be flipped upside down. - The reason why most platforms do offer same day ACH for accepting tenant payment is because real estate payments are considered high risk transactions, due to possibility of NTF (Not sufficient funds).

I would say what I tell colleagues/friends/clients, is that I would have gotten my real estate license as soon as I came home from college and starting my working career in Corporate America.

Only in America.  

I can see an environment where people in America have much less access to goods and services yet prices are skyrocketing.  

Even some people from poor countries move here and end up being shocked at the realities of America.

Dayton has the University of Dayton, Wright State University, and Sinclair Community College which has an enrollment of over 25,000 and is one of the largest community colleges in North America.
