I was born and raised in the state and grew up just north of Orlando, but live now on the gulf coast.

Hi all, I have a friend and fellow investor in NC who has a STR in Woodfin, NC (North of Asheville), he called me today and said there was a town hall meeting last night and the town is going to ban all STR's in Woodfin.  

I am in the Venice/North Port/Port Charlotte area. 

We just do north side chicago which is class A/B markets. 

We live in the North East. 

I'm looking into the Mooresville area of NC and I'm wondering if anyone in this forum is familiar with the area and open to talking to me about it. 

NJ has been a great state to invest in over the years, I run a real estate investing meet up in North Jersey. 

I bought this with my brother as a pocket listing and the homes are in North Park (A highly desirable area in San Diego comparable to West Hollywood).
