I am also willing to help and volunteer on anything that I can do to assist with the flip.

I met guy who got an old mobile for free and let the local volunteer fire department burn it to the ground for practice.

And as for my husband, he works for a company that has him driving all over to service gas stations, and on top of that, he's a volunteer firefighter, and also has his real estate license in IL.  

But I wouldn't volunteer anything in this case.

Some won't volunteer a whole lot of info some will jump through hoops.

My question is should I just got for it, find a great deal and sell the lead to an experienced wholesaler, or take no profit and volunteer my time to ride along and watch in exchange for the deal information?
