A fun fact about myself is that I once was throwing trash at a nearby dumpster for a family friend after helping her yard sale with her son and we almost got attacked by a squirrel who was apparently waiting in the dumpster.

We as tenants have solely documented and paid for all issues like a broken oven, broken dryer, raccoons  and squirrels in the attic, exterminating, broken front door lock and gutter cleaning (200lbs of stuff removed - we weighted it).

I’ve trapped larger pests for years myself such as groundhogs, raccoons, squirrels but tend to use regular pest control for mice, wasps, ants, the usual outside suspects for the exterior of my multi family properties.
