Connect with local wholesalers and investor friendly agents and provide your criteria to start receiving deal flow.

Those that cannot weather the storm get wiped out.Having cashflow positive properties provides a margin of safety you just do not have with negative cashflow.Why are you focused on buying in your backyard?

Same to me on Zillow, I think it’s because Zillow makes money providing or finding loans.

There are some that provide coverage but of course the premiums and higher. 

You are considering putting a tiny home on your existing property as an ADU or using that money to save up and buy the next investment property and wondering which would be the wiser choice.I think ADUs can help provide additional, much needed, housing.
