What’s most important for me is really just trying to get my skin in the game with as little seed money up front as possible until i get on the positive side of the flip, I have everything ready to flip a house in a month but with people getting cold feet when I’m ready to pull the trigger it makes it hard to be able to build trust and start making headway!
