And, I can understand if you feel it is your secret sauce not to share, but would be nice to know who you're targeting and what you're mailing them.

I'm not sure if Triangle Area based investors will feel comfortable sending their "secret sauce" to me but I hope investors from other states can help a newbie out. 

The secret sauce, is that over the years it has allowed me to make connections with folks that have - deep - pockets interested in REI.

I really don’t share my special sauce on a forum as i’ve Worked too hard and long to get it perfected but i’ve written enough posts that you can get a pretty good idea

@Andrew Johnson  as long as you have  Gurus  constantly sending this message out" you can make big money with NONE of your own money , no experience etc etc etc"  Folks will pay to go to these many times a lot of money 20 to 30k for the super secret sauce which really is not all that super or secret.
