Can anyone suggest and agent or property manager that can help me with this?

There are a lot of good posts on here so I would take some time and read the forum so you can hit the ground running.

“ cash flow returns” almost always compare horribly to a simple bank CD after you deduct for insurance, prop taxes< vacancy, capex, prop management (or your personal time.) etc etc etc. 

This money would change my life but i have a hard time believing this.

This would be my first real estate investment, making the decision even more critical.I understand that backing out would mean losing the $2,000 earnest deposit.

I would also add, a contractor that you can buy materials for and they know how to put them in with little to know direction (reduces the management time of the project).

My role with this MF company is to manage the design, construction of the GC's and opening of the properties.

Currently we have titled our 16 properties in 4 LLCs and we have a 5th LLC where we manage our properties.
