As long as your guests know what they’re getting into before they arrive, meaning you have the info in your listing and your check in instructions, you will thrive.

This area is exploding with new homes and the market is thriving.

You are seeing the strongest thrive (grocers, walmart, target etc)...so not all retailers are struggling, there are some well positioned.

And #1 for education, and by what I have seen since COVID started #1 choice of independents changing things up that need the help to survive and thrive. 

Today, the stock market is thriving -- but we have 40M people out of work (and likely 15M that won't go back anytime soon) and GDP at 50% contraction (and that won't fully recover anytime soon).What do you think everyone is going to be saying in a couple years?

I was thinking much more of higher-end properties, potentially on the west coast in communities where Chinese thrive and have a more similar lifestyle to back home. 

The southern US is where the big money is made. business is open & thriving, Airbnb and VRBO is all you need.Other than that...
