I have recently received a very dodgy phone call from "Seed for Capital", the telephone operator had a more obnoxious accent than I do!

If you go this route, you will need to disclose the presence of the asbestos to any contractors or service providers (cable, telephone, hydro) who may have to drill through the hidden asbestos siding.Finally, you could give it a fresh coat of paint - and perhaps apply a sealant - and leave it.

This is my opinion, based on my personal experience in talking with him, via the telephone.

I found the owner's telephone number and reached out to him, but to his knowledge he has not been the owner of the property since that time and according to him the bank owns it.
