So, if you own property, you can do a lease option.If you don't, you can do a CA.I don't want to over sugar coat the statutes though...keep in mind, I've done this for 10 years and went thru all the mess in 05, then spent endless hours going thru each line of Title 2, then spent about $12k on doc revisions...so...don't go to Staples for you lease option docs!!
