If you decide to change the terms of your agreement to allow pets, then make sure the tenants are responsible pet owners and abide by the recommendations of the ASPCA and the Humane Society.

One may ask, what do I mean by the above statement- As many or all of you would agree, our society is quick to litigate against each other.  

I'm a Christian but also a marketing guy; ours is a diverse society and our marketing should be sensitive to people of many different beliefs & traditions.We don't say Merry Christmas in our general marketing, but we also don't avoid the spirit and look of Christmas.

Score one for the brokers lobbying to protect their jobs while adding zero value to society. 

I could go on about this for a while but the point is that as a member of this new generation, I agree that financial education seemed to slip off of most people's priorities and I see the consequence of this in many of my peers and I'm worried for our society in future generations of something doesn't change.

On our experience rooming houses typically server a specific population: students, employees of a large institution or business or those on the margins of society.  

I couldn't find the answer, so I'll pose it here.How did society allow mortgage companies to evolve a strategy whereby mortgages all have front-loaded interest payments?
