You can probably find a answer to this somewhere else but I can answer it no problem.It really depends on the market but usually the basics other investors are looking for good deals, houses in decent neighborhoods, and a good cash flow depending on who's buying it.The simplest way I'm thinking you could find out directly is from the buyer's themselves or look online to see what properties they are buying themselves. https://www.youtube.com/watch?
