i had it as one of my first REI books yet didn't start reading it till last month. and shame on me for having read many of the others beforehand. he kills on the subject of offer terms and the way they can help to really sift out otherwise dangerous to terrible deals. highly highly recommended.

Sifting through all of the information take a while.

I usually have to sift through numbers all the time.

This is the quagmire and having to sift through the pitches.  

Many opportunities (ways) to hit the target (find people) vs. just one.If you are seeking SEC Accredited Investors and your social circle does not include people like this, you will need to find a way to meet them somehow, and sift for the ones who may be interested in a Real Estate Opportunity.Good Luck!

If you do a search on BP site, I bet you will get a ton of results to sift through and find syndicators to research. 

I am sifting through my sphere already and not having too much luck and need ways to build my list of people I can call on.
