SF is in the Top 5 AU CA and NZ and GB follow up the rest..

My 50% down NON recourse loans are going great I did well over 150 of those last year... and it continues to grow and the SDIRA borrower is underserved in my opinion as well as the Off shore investors. half of my loans are to AU and Singapore investors.Lastly thats why 07 to 09 was the great GFC it effected most everyone in and around real estate. those that are just now starting out are doing well because they bring no baggage forward.

@Jon Holdman @Engelo Rumora @Gary BaileyEngelo, I have had this exact discussion on the Australian sites many times. virtually every AU marketing company is selling without a license plane and simple. one of my bigger wholesalers in MS.. got stung by MS DRE with a cease and desist order.

The protected classes are for things like race religion, sex, etc., not for ignorant and stupid.

Jermaine here I would try the embarrassment tangle, just have a talk with the downstairs tenants, would sound like this.The people upstairs are still complaining of loud sex noise, wow how loud are you guys I don't believe you guys are as loud as thay say, are you?

@Teresa Keith Hi Teresa, I haven't invested in those areas, but know they are near the AU center universities.

There's one for sex offenders too.I also doubt that ex cons are so sophisticated that they're suing landlords for denying them based on their crimes.

@ve'ron hall Might be a tough sale if you're talking about near the AU Center.

Out of area be it Socal or Au or where ever needs to be top of the market..

Renters were moving out and absentee landlord happened to be coming to town to evaluate.I was able to buy.Also noticed a U Haul next to another SFH I own and same thing.
