Much like alot of things in life it's all about taking action just have to make sure its calculated actions in this space. 

Airbnb will prohibit sensitive information like if they shared their phone number or email but I’ve had other hosts ask me of my full name and then they found me on Facebook and connected with me that way. 

Hopefully they won't delist you since you took action and updated your listing right away.Is it possible to collect the fee up front, then document the vehicle information upon arrival? 

However, an option holder won’t be able to stop a private sale from occurring (unless they find out about it before hand and obtain an injunction); the option holder would most likely need to initiate legal action after the fact.

You could do some of the things recommended above but for climbers, put some pictures of the cliffs or climbing action shots in your listing photos, offer discounts to climbers, advertise on climbing websites like mountain project, New England climber FB groups, in climbing gyms in Boston, CT, NYC, AMC or other climbing groups, etc.
