Not land trusts, not LLCs, not living trusts, not “divided” interests, and not quoting repealed section of the St Germain Act will work.  

I'm not saying to cut corners, just prioritize based on the list and go from there.

You should put this in the classifieds section. 

The city's relatively lower entry costs compared to other East Coast cities make it appealing to investors especially section 8.

A lot of options around the area with STR / MTR, traditional long-term rentals, or section 8.

I don't want to be a needy, unreasonable client but I would like to work with someone who I feel like is in my corner and trying to help me move forward.

Can I provide notice soon to not intend to renew a lease (no cause) of the section 8 tenant--this is a 12 month lease that ends 10/31/24.
