Finally got the Deed to our property issued last week (auction was 6/13) so a few days ago I headed down to Jax to find out who was living/not living there, and got some pics-did miss one small room but that's because we took the discussion outside and did not capture it. 

(I attached a satellite pic with the lot outlined) My wife and I are thinking of making it a rental.

He then posted a pic with Rich Dad and said they were great friends...blah blah blah...and just for $497 you can take MY class on "X Date" andddddddddd the first 20 people to sign up can get it for only $49!!

This is a good example of one that is in decent shape from the pics, good price, and upcoming area of Denver/Aurora.

Do I buy under my name or start a PIC business and how does it work?

This pic does not show it but we have new gutters already and landscaping to be done soon.I was thinking buying new black shutters, keeping the rest white and painting the front door black or red.
