i have invested in several deals with EnergyFunders as well as investing in the site itself (through an founder round of equity).   

I’m well rounded in the trades and very handy so I’m interested in flipping and foreclosure-type stuff.

Year round rentals seem to work for us, AirBnB is an interesting option as well, we havent tried yet but are looking into it.

I think something to add is knowing all experiences are great whether they are good or bad because they make you better and more prepared for the next round!
