Why not combine kids in groups of 5, and rotate houses and tutoring duties among parents, one each day of the week. 

Or have any agents worked a full time during the day and have tried to make it work around their schedule because right now i have a rotating shift.

Since there is no current cure for this disease I feel the need to do the work of securing some sort of care for both parents that puts the least amount of strain on them and the rest of the family.
