Pre-Internet, it apparently didn't matter as much, but it certainly does now that color photos are such an integral part of marketing your properties.

And given it looks like a standard espresso shaker cabinet, I'm guessing you might be able to find a color match.If you can't match the other countertops, then you could throw a butcher block countertop on the new base.

No amount of cleaning will restore the void of color/bleach stains and the discoloration due to urine from their dog.For the floors, we only estimated a small charge to try and sand and refinish the floors, which we have since found can not be done; the entire floor would need to be pulled out and replaced with new.
