It's good to be reminded of this at times.

Don't forget to tell everyone you know that this is what you do - and remind them - so they will keep you in mind when the subject comes up - maybe someone at work is complaining about not being able to find a good investment to buy and a friend or family member mentions you to them.

This reminds me, I need to go clean the cat's box!

But I kindly pat each one of them on the head, and remind them that life is too short, and that they should make love, not war.

In my lease, it states that I will send them a reminder in mid-November that they need to commit to the following year....or not.  

We use Mandrill but it's for forgot password, invoices, receipts, task reminders, notifications, etc...We weren't able to find a solution for this either, so we had to develop our own software and integrated our gmail account for sending day to day emails but we are using Google Apps for business, so emails are coming from our own domain name.  

(I try to remind myself "Is it worth the time/energy?") 

I'm going to keep loving myself and reminding myself that when one door closes, another opens, while I take massive action toward realizing my dreams.Thanks again and many blessings,Andy

I have to constantly remind myself of this.

Plus it also sends a reminder and links up to their checking account.I also have a tenant that uses chase quick pay.
