I'm sure there are some very good people listed as sex offenders or have drug dealing convictions that were either poorly represented, prosecuted by an over zealous prosecutor or have truely changed for the better.

As Jon referenced, DOJ recently told banks that they would not prosecute for dealing with MJ businesses in CO and WA, but I believe the banks still have the discretion to if they so desire.

If the terrorists did indeed surrender, than what country is holding them, who is prosecuting them.
