Happy to chat @Tyler Hall - STR regulations differ from area to area, but for the most part you shouldnt have a hard time finding a place you could live in now and STR down the road.

Every state is going to be a little different in terms of forms and procedures, but expect any buyer who is represented by an Agent to include a request for you to pay some or all of their agent's commission with their offer just like they would have prior to the NAR settlement.

We have never lost a single case in court, and most cases don’t make it to court because the offending tenants know that we have well-documented evidence and understand the proper procedures to prevail.
